ELLENBROOK LAUNCHES 6TH
STAGE OF LEXIA
Ellenbrook will be releasing 23 homesites at its newest village, Lexia on Saturday 2nd
February,
2013.
The homesites are the first available in Stage 6 of Lexia and according to Sales Manager, Mr Tony
McEntee, represent one of the last opportunities to purchase in this in-demand village.
“Lots in Stage 6 will front a superbly landscaped boulevard and will also benefit from newly
landscaped recreational spaces nearby,” Mr McEntee said.
“Lexia will eventually be home to 468 new homes and because of its beautiful location nestled
between The Vines, Woburn Park and the village of Malvern Springs, we expect the last remaining
homesites to be snapped up quickly.”
Mr McEntee said the homesites represented good value, ranging in size from 317sqm to 808sqm
and priced from just $170,000.

within the village’s recreational spaces,” he said.
Lexia is Ellenbrook’s seventh village and is named after the bordering Lexia Wetlands – a 350
hectare wilderness reserve which is home to an abundance of wildlife including birds, kangaroos,
emus and butterflies.
The Lexia homesites will be released to the public and to LWP’s Advantage Club on the same day,
with Advantage Club members receiving a three – hour advance release at 10am, while members
of the public can secure their preferred lot from 1pm. People can join the Advantage Club online
