Debbie Wildridge has spent several years providing specialist support on behalf of the National CLT Network, giving in-depth technical advice to communities, local authorities and housing associations. She is a regular presenter on CLTs at regional and national events.
Her work includes detailed community empowerment and project shaping work which includes advising prospective CLTs on forms of partnership; business planning; legal formats and documentation; finance; land and planning issues. Debbie also holds a number of positions on voluntary Boards.

A rising number of communities are deciding to set up Community Land Trusts.
There are over 170 Community Land Trusts in England and Wales, half of which formed in the last two years.
Community Land Trusts will have developed 3000 new affordable homes by 2020. However, with the right funding and support, we could see that triple.
