Developer, LWP Property Group, has selected 20 large homesites at Ellenbrook and
Woburn Park, The Vines, with a $12,000 landscaping offer attached until the end of
November.

Group Sales Manager for LWP Property Group, Tony McEntee, said many people

and feedback on them has been that it is fantastic to have the option of a larger

away. They range in size from 510sqm through to 2997sqm and are priced from
$259,000 to $495,000.
