 Rise people’s attentions in politics.
 Improve people’s understanding of political af fairs.
 Simplify the procedure in which people participate in politic

3. EDUCATION
 Current law states that all people from six to fifteen have to
go to school. Instead, a high school education should be
compulsory for all citizens.
 Include civic/government education in primary and middle
school.
 Create a standard test
 Threshold of voting based on education level and test result.

4. LOCAL GOVERNMENT
 Make the local representatives’ voice heard
 Not only focus on campaign
 Referendum, ask the people to decide local af fairs rather
than vote for a candidate

5. INTERNET/TECHNOLOGY
 Online broadcast of government af fairs
 Make voting easier
