northeastern Connecticut. It is part
of the Last Green Valley as the
entire county is within the
Quinebaug and Shetucket Rivers
Valley National Heritage Corridor.
This county lies north of New
London County and east of Tolland
County.
Windham County borders two
states. The two states are
Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

places to visit in
Windham County.
Some are
Mashmoquet State
Park, Goodwin State
Forest, and Mansfield
Hollow Dam State
Park.

1726. There are many
