2. Summary Learning for the 21st Century requires new skills, new tools, new online assessments, new knowledge, and new opportunities. Our students will function in ever-changing and richly workgroups that cross national boundaries. The Texas STaR chart enables us to attend the necessities of our students thru funding, professional development, and resources allocation.

11. Rubric There are 4 areas that are graded and each area is composed of 6 TL sections. Using the Texas Campus STaR Chart each category is entered a corresponding number from the following scale: 1= Early Tech 2= Developing Tech 3= Advanced Tech 4= Target Tech The higher the number the better.
16. Conclusion The Texas STaR Chart enables us to focus attention to the areas in need to be able to integrate the necessary resources and changes that will enable our students to succeed in the 21st Century. Our State has been lacking in the plan given that the majority is still in Developing Technology, while our campus has been getting good results with Advanced Tech, much work is needed.
