Dear Kevin and Emma Ahearn,


My husband and I are now realtors with EXIT Realty Premier in Massapequa Park, NY.
We became realtors shortly after our respective retirements in 07 and 08. In my
previous career I was a Regional Director of Early Childhood for The Department of
Education City Of New York. In that role I supervised 60 school Programs and 40
contracted agencies in Manhattan and The Bronx. Needless to say, providing
professional development services and instruction for over 400 staff persons in various
titles required a great deal of thought, planning, and organization. Similarly, Michael as
a Vice President in Global Information Technology for Morgan Stanley provided
communication services in New York, London, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia.


We became EXIT Agents in 2008. In our second year of Real Estate, we took a 2 day
course by one of EXIT’s Dignitaries, Kevin Ahearn who with his wife Emma created a
program called “The Home Marketing Strategy Program This insightful model,
                The                         Program”.
includes: 50 or more hyperlinked PowerPoint slides, scripts for each slide, one full and
one condensed version, a 12 page detailed marketing plan, and also comes
personalized with the agent’s picture, name, and contact information. After the course
we thanked Kevin whose approach, detail, and experience had been missing from what
we had been looking for in a listing presentation. We promptly bought his program
which adapts beautifully to almost any client’s needs and has the professional look that
Mike and I were accustomed to providing in Education and Banking. It represents the
professional missing link from the use of an agenda to personalized PowerPoint.


Our first use of the program was for the property owners of a10, 000 sq. ft. mixed use
property in Orange County, New York. Using the program, we coordinated a hard copy
presentation with a power point slide show including the personal commitment of 85
activities we would provide for the clients. After presenting our 45 minute tailored
program, we paused to ask for feedback from the clients. The clients, over 70, a wealthy
husband and wife, engineer, business and homeowner both raved about our proposal.
They told us in their 40 years of buying and selling, they had heard nothing, as thorough
and professional as our presentation provided in their own home that day. We were
rewarded with a new listing of $1.9 million and amazingly impressed clients. From then
on we use some version of Kevin’s program for most clients.


This past October at the fabulous 13 annual Exit Convention in Nashville we happened
                                      ht




to find the booth where Kevin and Emma were demonstrating their programs and
products. We couldn’t wait to tell them how pleased we were with their program and to
thank them for doing so much of the heavy lifting at our listing presentations. We can’t
thank them enough for helping us to feel as competent in our current career as we did in
our former.


We are happy to endorse this program. We not only recommend its use but would
strongly suggest that every realtor be required to use it even if every listing does not
require a formal listing presentation. This program provides the structure, components,
information and commitments that professional realtors should present to develop
satisfied clients.

Needless to say, providing professional development services and instruction for over 400 staff persons in various titles required a great deal of thought, planning, and organization. Similarly, Michael as a Vice President in Global Information Technology for Morgan Stanley provided communication services in New York, London, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia. We became EXIT Agents in 2008. In our second year of Real Estate, we took a 2 day course by one of EXIT’s Dignitaries, Kevin Ahearn who with his wife Emma created a program called “The Home Marketing Strategy Program This insightful model, The Program”. includes: 50 or more hyperlinked PowerPoint slides, scripts for each slide, one full and one condensed version, a 12 page detailed marketing plan, and also comes personalized with the agent’s picture, name, and contact information. After the course we thanked Kevin whose approach, detail, and experience had been missing from what we had been looking for in a listing presentation. We promptly bought his program which adapts beautifully to almost any client’s needs and has the professional look that Mike and I were accustomed to providing in Education and Banking. It represents the professional missing link from the use of an agenda to personalized PowerPoint. Our first use of the program was for the property owners of a10, 000 sq. ft. mixed use property in Orange County, New York. Using the program, we coordinated a hard copy
  • 2. presentation with a power point slide show including the personal commitment of 85 activities we would provide for the clients. After presenting our 45 minute tailored program, we paused to ask for feedback from the clients. The clients, over 70, a wealthy husband and wife, engineer, business and homeowner both raved about our proposal. They told us in their 40 years of buying and selling, they had heard nothing, as thorough and professional as our presentation provided in their own home that day. We were rewarded with a new listing of $1.9 million and amazingly impressed clients. From then on we use some version of Kevin’s program for most clients. This past October at the fabulous 13 annual Exit Convention in Nashville we happened ht to find the booth where Kevin and Emma were demonstrating their programs and products. We couldn’t wait to tell them how pleased we were with their program and to thank them for doing so much of the heavy lifting at our listing presentations. We can’t thank them enough for helping us to feel as competent in our current career as we did in our former. We are happy to endorse this program. We not only recommend its use but would strongly suggest that every realtor be required to use it even if every listing does not require a formal listing presentation. This program provides the structure, components, information and commitments that professional realtors should present to develop satisfied clients.
