1. How to operate the grinding mill correctly?

operate the mill correctly?
The operating procedures of the grinding mill are as follows:
Before starting the grinding mill, check whether all the access doors
are closed tightly, adjust the direction of the fan and the main
engine, and the exhaust valve should be in the fully open position.
The starting sequence is to start the analyzer first, then start the
fan, and then start the main engine. After starting the main engine,
feed immediately (the fine particles should be added first, and then
the normal feed size) and then open the large air volume valve. On
the premise of ensuring that the feed inlet does not spray powder
outward, the exhaust valve should be turned down as much as possible.
Then adjust the fineness of the finished product. The jaw plate

and the rotation speed of analyzer should be adjusted to meet the
requirements of approximate finished product particle size. Then turn
on the machine in the following order.
1. Open the bucket elevator;
2. Open jaw crusher;
3. After the material is stored in the silo, start the analyzer;
4. Start the blower (start with no load and load after normal
operation);
5. Start the machine and start the electromagnetic vibration feeder
immediately after starting the main engine. At this time, the mill
starts to work. The simple operation sequence is as follows: "start"

Shut down each machine in the following order when shutting down:
1. Shut down the feeder first and stop feeding;
2. Stop the host after about one minute;
3. Stop the blower after blowing out the residual materials;
4. Turn off the analyzer.
The shutdown sequence is: feeder - Host - blower - analyzer.
Note: after the elevator transports a certain amount of materials to
the silo, the crusher shall be stopped first and then the lifting
shall be stopped. This item shall be changed according to the storage
amount.
5. It is not allowed to add oil at will when the grinding mill is in
normal operation. To ensure the safety of production, the mill should
be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting in case of
abnormal noise or sudden increase of load in any part of the mill, so
as to avoid major accidents. When the machine is started again, the
remaining materials in the mill must be taken out, otherwise the
current will be too large to affect the start-up.
