TIVERTON, R.I. -- A 14-slip marina at 211 Riverside Drive was sold Thursday
for $475,000, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International.
The commercial waterfront property has 1,182 square feet of retail space and 15
on-site parking spaces. The agency said it sold at full asking price. The sellers are
Alphonse and Susan Latinville of Tiverton and the buyer was identified in deed
records only as Riverside Marina LLC, with an address of 86 Daniel Church
Road, Tiverton. Town records show the owners of that house are Kevin and
Susan Boulay.
“A hidden gem, this 14-slip marina on sheltered deep water in the Tiverton
Waterfront District sold immediately with backup offers, which speaks to the
demand for income-producing maritime properties,” said listing agent Greg
Arakelian, a sales associate with the Delman agency.
Arakelian sold a 44-slip marina in Portsmouth in April, 2015 for $1.1 million,
and he recently listed the Perry Mill Wharf in Newport for $28 million, the
agency said.
