CHARLESTOWN — Lila Delman Real Estate International is reporting the sale of 101 Surfside Ave.
in Charlestown for $2,075,000, making it the highest­priced property to change hands in
Quonochontaug thus far in 2017, according to data from the Rhode Island State­Wide Multiple Listing
Service. Lori Joyal, managing broker of Lila Delman Real Estate International’s Watch Hill office,
represented the sellers. The beachfront cottage on Quonnie’s Central Beach has 1,938 square feet
and is sited on nearly a half acre with views of Block Island, Fishers Island and Montauk. It has four
bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
“This classic vintage Quonnie offering is just another reason that people continue to flock to this
beautiful seaside community in Charlestown,” Joyal said. The Delman firm, headquartered in
Narragansett, said it has participated in all of the single­family home sales in Quonochontaug this
year.
