The property at 454 Matunuck Beach Road in South Kingstown was sold for $1,850,000 by Lori Joyal, managing broker of the realtor's Watch Hill office. This figure represents the highest single family home sale in Matunuck since the sale of 925 Matunuck Beach Road for $2,060,000 on May 6th, 2005, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service. The waterfront home is sited on 3.85 acres with privacy and panoramic ocean views. Measuring 2,710 square feet across two levels, the house has 5 bedrooms, an inground saltwater pool and a dock.
