Social conscience is
“A sense of responsibility or concern for
the problems & injustices of society”
Some laws are made in India to reduce
pollution and mal practices like adulteration, black marketing
etc. So, businessman must follow these rules and regulations
and after this only , he can save himself from government
penalties. POLLUTION & CORRUPTION
PUBLIC EXPECTATIONS FROM BUSINESS
In the modern time, it may be argued that
businessman should fulfil the
expectations of public .Business
gets raw material from society at
very low cost and after producing
and manufacturing , he sells at
high prices. So, it is the duty Of
businessman to share his some
profit in the form of donation.
LOW COST
HIGH PRICE
SHARING OF
PROFIT
Many wise persons from society give
argument that business has skill , experience
and money resources and innovative mind .
If these resources will be used to solve social
problems , then society can be rich within
some year .
WHY? WHY? WHY DO I
HAVE TO PRETEND TO
CARE WHEN I DON”T?
I DON”T!
Business has already limited resources. So , if the
resources of business will be used in social work, then,
business activity may slow down and business's
expenses will increase and it will affect the business
inversely.
One of important argument given by Indian businessmen that they
have to face international competition . After adopting some social
work , it will increase the expenses of the business and then the
prices of their product and after competition the business will fail
and foreign companies will win in competition.
