SMU STEM Team Fall 2012 Plan

1. Fall 2012 Goals
Website Updates & Growth
Hit 200,000visitors on Kids Ahead and 40,000visitors on STEM-Works
Add 2 new Super Subjects with multiple component subjects
Add 8 new locations
Add 50STEM Professional interviews (each for 4 different audiences)
Add new STEM Advocacy area with robust content in Lesson Plans, Publications and Virtual field trip
content areas
Start blog connected to website – specifically for CSI Teachers
General Maintenance
Always have at least 1 event in each location for the upcoming month (prefer to have at least 3)
Audit subjects and locations on a bi-monthly basis
Add 5 new articles, 2 new activities and 1 new Cool Job per existing Super Subject per month
(note: this can be in any related component subject)
