Glass Ceiling: An unfair invisible barrier to advancement for minorities in an organization
Managing Diversity: A leadership approach that creates organizational culture that
respects diversity and supports multiculturalism. Achieving such diversity can be a
challenge by encouraging members of an organization to overcome pervious perceptions.
