The project was conducted in the course setting of the Collaborative Action Research in Design class. Research activities began in the Fall of 2019 and continued through the Spring 2020 semester. By following a human-centered design approach, the research team studied people’s perspectives and experiences in the Canal Walk and public spaces of Indianapolis. This report aims to serve as an instrument to inform stakeholders of this initiative and contribute to delivering a holistic, world-class public space experience for all those who live, work, and play in Indianapolis.

The University of North Dakota (UND) prepared for its reaccreditation exam by the Higher Learning Commission over three years. To engage the campus community and demonstrate its commitment to UND's vision of becoming Exceptional UND, a Publicity Campaign Team was formed. The team conducted research, created a strategic plan with five objectives, and executed communication strategies. These included forums for feedback, a launch event, and a photo contest. This document outlines a project plan to create three documents for the Public History Center at UCF: a summary report, brochure, and style guide. The summary report will highlight the Center's accomplishments to obtain continued funding. The brochure and style guide aim to increase awareness of the Center. The project team will research the Center's activities and work with its director. They will produce drafts for feedback before finalizing the documents by April. The plan assumes cooperation between team members and availability of information from the Center.
Call for evaluations of the Network Debate Program
The Open Society Foundations is seeking proposals to evaluate their Network Debate Program from the past 15 years and develop an evaluation framework for the next 3-5 years. Specifically, the evaluation will (1) assess the outcomes and impact of the debate programs, (2) review the strategy of the International Debate Education Association, and (3) make recommendations to strengthen the debate programs and develop learning, monitoring, and evaluation tools for the future. The scope will cover debates in over 70 countries and engage stakeholders from OSF, IDEA, debate participants, and external experts.
Sydney Fringe Festival - Social Media Strategy 2010
The document provides a social media marketing strategy for the Sydney Fringe Festival. Re-Imagining the Canal Walk Experience
In August of 2019, the City of Indianapolis, through the Department of Metropolitan Development and the Department of Public Works, published a Request for Qualifications looking for potential Placemaking partners. As described in the document, it meant an opportunity to craft and deliver a holistic, world-class public space experience for all those who live, work, and play in Indianapolis. The mission of the City was to engage and enliven four signature downtown public spaces through community collaboration, creativity, and interaction. The Herron graduate program in Design was invited to be part of this initiative by investigating the people’s experience in the Downtown Canal Walk. The project was conducted in the course setting of the Collaborative Action Research in Design class. Research activities began in the Fall of 2019 and continued through the Spring 2020 semester. By following a human-centered design approach, the research team studied people’s perspectives and experiences in the Canal Walk and public spaces of Indianapolis. This report aims to serve as an instrument to inform stakeholders of this initiative and contribute to delivering a holistic, world-class public space experience for all those who live, work, and play in Indianapolis.
Geethanjalee 2013 Proposal - Sponsorship Opportunities

The stunning success of this programme encouraged the students to organize a larger event in aid of the Nanasara Scholarship programme. Exceptional UND IMC Final reduced
The University of North Dakota (UND) prepared for its reaccreditation exam by the Higher Learning Commission over three years. To engage the campus community and demonstrate its commitment to UND's vision of becoming Exceptional UND, a Publicity Campaign Team was formed. The team conducted research, created a strategic plan with five objectives, and executed communication strategies. These included forums for feedback, a launch event, and a photo contest. UND successfully passed its reaccreditation exam and met its goals of increasing awareness of the process and connecting it to Exceptional UND.

Wendy Yvonne Nomathemba Luhabe is considered a woman of vision. Pioneering the way for
women in South Africa her story is one of a leader with exceptional qualities. Based in Gauteng,
her life story begins with a decision to make a difference. After gaining ten years of national and
international corporate experience at BMW South Africa and North America, in 1990, Wendy
Luhabe decided to break away and venture out on her own. With limited entrepreneurial know-
how, no office, no clientele and little funding, she set out with a vision to pioneer the way for a
smoother transition for young black South African's to enter into the workplace. Today, Wendy
Luhabe has established herself as a prominent figure in South Africa and has been labelled a
natural leader. 'I always challenge myself beyond what is ordinary. I generate pioneering
business ideas and find competent people to build a business around my ideas.' Understanding
what set her apart, she founded Wiphold: Women Investment Portfolio Holdings, Bridging the
Gap and the Women Private Equity Fund. She wrote Defining Moments: Experiences of Black
Executives in South Africa's Workplace and established the Wendy Luhabe Foundation.
Beginning small, in 1991 Wendy Luhabe founded Bridging the Gap; a consulting company. Her
goal was to empower young black South Africans by preparing them for entry into the world of
work. 'The point is that when they leave university they don't leave as victims who approach a
company and expect a favour in the form of a job,' says Luhabe (Ransdell 1995). Students were
given the opportunity to partake in a variety of lessons, ranging from seminars teaching
interview techniques and formalities to analytical studies of the South African economy. Whilst
empowering young black persons, she decided to empower white 'middle' managers as well.
Wendy Luhabe depicted that the white 'middle' manager tended to be most change-resistant
towards diversity in the workplace. Through empowering these white 'middle' managers she
opened up an entire new arena of helpful strategies on how to simply discuss issues such as poor
communication that was taking place between the employer and the employee. A combination of
persistence and passion helped put Bridging the Gap on the map, and today it is a successful
international recruitment agency. Broadening her horizons she founded Women Investment
Portfolio Holdings in 1994. Dedicating itself to the empowerment of women, this transformed
hos women participated in the economic sector in South Africa. This was the country.

The project objective is to deliver a 6.5-hour Music Concert on the campus of your university. And the tentative date for the concert is April 20,2024. The SGA understands that they need to deliver the following: a permit to stage the concert, 6.5 hours of music entertainment, a safe and secure environment, a large crowd of students, local sponsors, food and drinks, and a commemorative concert t-shirt. The President of the SGA knows you are taking Project Management, and has approached you for assistance. Specifically, the SGA has asked you to: 1. Develop a stakeholder analysis for this project that identifies as many stakeholders as you can, list stakeholders by name and title, if possible, and create a Stakeholder Matrix; and 2. Develop a communications matrix for the Concert project that includes the communications technologies they should use.
