11. Senso Medical
http://sensomedical.com/
Inventing a breakthrough neuroscience technology is just the first step in a long,
complicated process in bringing it to market as a viable neuroproduct. From
understanding the goals and intended outcomes, to how the commercial
technology interfaces with the brain, to navigating patent law and any risks
associated with product use as it is difficult for neuroscientists to take on this
journey alone for the first time.
Senso Medical’s experts have perfected the commercialization with years of
experience in commercial neuroscience. Developing devices in the
neurotechnology space is a complex science that requires expertise in multiple
fields including neurology, electrophysiology, and designing active implants.
Senso Medical is the first company who is focused on neuroproducts development
service and provide all required expertise under one roof.
We manage the entire process starting with planning, design, architecture,
product spec and development requirements, design and development,
verification and validation including bicompatibility testing, sterility, cleanliness
and electrical safety, regulatory applications, production of prototypes for initial
marketing and clinical trials and establishment of mass production process.
If you want to be the first to market with a neuroscience technology, Senso
Medical is the place to start and finish the journey from concept to finished
neuroproduct.

12. BELKIN Laser
www.belkin-laser.com
BELKIN Laser is a clinical-stage medical device company, developing a disruptive
automated one-second glaucoma laser treatment, aimed at revolutionizing
accessibility to glaucoma care by becoming the first-line choice for every eye care
provider and every patient, all over the world.
The BELKIN Laser disruptive technology will transform the conventional glaucoma
management from a specialized procedure, into one that can be carried out by every
ophthalmologist and other eye care providers, as a first-line treatment. BELKIN’s
intuitive automatic one-second procedure – the Direct Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty
(DSLT) - is activated by a single press of a button, controlled by a high-resolution
image acquisition algorithm, which locates the treatment zone and locks-in the eye
tracker.
The procedure does not require expertise and doesn't involve contact with the eye. The
BELKIN's procedure is applicable for the prevalent Open Angle Glaucoma, and it will
also pioneer treatment for Angle Closure Glaucoma, which is most common among
Asian populations. Our ultimate goal is to have the BELKIN Laser used by any medical
personnel after a few minutes of training and thus solve the availability problem of
glaucoma therapy everywhere in the world.
