salo is considered a delicacy for

Varenyky is the national dish. The main highlight of this dish is the dough
which is very tender and soft. A different stuffing is used.
6. Kholodets’
This is an ancient dish which can be seen at every Ukrainian meal. Pork, beef legs
or shins are used to cook this dish.
