2. Q-Touch
Touch screen floor standing ticket distributor containing q-service for implementation of customer flow and
emitting touch screen user interface with multilayered skinned graphics with integrated media engine .
Q-Display
EeeBox + LCD TV - Media engine powered information panel providing one or two column ticket history integrated
with other services like RSS, Weather…
Serial Components
HW components like alphanumeric displays, calling consoles, button panels for ticket printing, connected to server
component by serial bus using custom protocol realized using Microchip PIC microcontroller.
Q-XXX Components
Q-Clients - Integrated client application configurable user interface (functional component) composed of:
Console capable to make calls of tickets from one/multiple services respecting priority of services or time of emission
of tickets;
Consume point component made for calling tickets of configured zone giving a possibility to operator to choose the
service;
Emit point component capable of emitting (printing) tickets for services of configured zone;
Reception point component, made as bridge between two zones of service or as multistep mediator point, capable to
make calls as console and to emit tickets for services;
Q-Reporter -Post service ticket extraction/elaboration tool enabled to extract performance parameters of services and
working positions in specific period domain to be used for graphic and tabular representation of data and its export to
various document formats (doc, xls, pdf HTML…).
