Reflection on 2 year OSRAM EA journey
• Put EA tool not in focus
• Select talents inside the organization to show development
path for jump start EA
• Target the whole IT organization
• Bring architecture team physically together (Workshops)
• Invest in communication
• Utilize every event to get the documentation up to date works
• Without capacity EA is not effective
• To develop internal IT staff towards
architecture is quite an effort and not
always possible
• Reserve time for communication outside
