company that works for other bigger ones,
and it is oriented majorly to the unloading of
raw materials from vessels, for agriculture.
There is a lack of communication between the
company and the employers such as bigger
companies and Port Firms.

have no control of the quantities transported.
-The payment dates are variable.
- Our records of tons transported
per month do not match with
those kept by the employer.
- The monthly payments usually are
not complete as expected.
- Given our location the suspension of
the working day by unfavorable
weather conditions we can not plan in

4. There is a relationship between the company
and the employers based on the
mistrustfulness given the absence of clear
fluxes of communication.
5. Between the transporters of Di-Gutier and
their employers, they need to find a better
way to coordinate, control and
communicate the information regarding the
monthly performance of the transporters,
because the continuous mistakes and
uncertainty in the monthly incomes are
weakening the relationship, already
mistrusting each other.
