Managed end-to-end DATABASE Service Delivery for US & APAC accounts
Led & managed a team of 10+ DBA to provide 24X7 support for the production databases. Support to Non production
delivery
Guide team in major assignments like upgrade , patching ,product upgrade and other critical assignments.
Working extensively on various features and technologies of oracle like RMAN,Dataguard,Physical
standby,flashback,RAC,SQL tuning for database support of mission critical services for application
development, testing and QA so that changes and new releases to the production environment can be rolled
out safely, on time and without compromising on standards.
Eliminated the wastage of time and efforts incurred on daily and frequently expected tasks required by
testing and development team by automating it, Also scripted the major releases from database
perspective which is called by bladelogic for automated deployments.
While working closely with testing and development team ,They found new approaches ,tools and features
through my suggestions and I also gained the detail understanding of application architecture which lead
to efficient deployments, faster resolutions to many issues, which in turn saved lot of time of project.
As a part of project DBA team, have worked on various new builds, Planned and successfully implemented
