• We participate private equity buyout or acquire a controlling interest in a company
• We pool assets from co-investors together and makes the acquisition collectively
• Leverage the collective pool, we enjoy the scale and benefits of risk reduction
• Replacing General Partner to Facilitator(s) and/or Relationship Manager, Co-investors as
Limited Partners make most of the big money decisions
