Laguna Golf Lang Co had a successful 2017 season with increased membership, guest rounds, and positive media coverage. They will host the Faldo Series Asia Grand Final for the second year and continue improving the golf course and club facilities. Laguna Golf Lang Co also had a successful Club Championship and Cobra Puma Pro Am tournament in 2017 and will host similar events again in 2018.

As we near the end of a tremendous season here at Laguna Golf Lăng Cô we are proud to
report that 2017 is finishing on a very positive trend. 2017 has been a year of great success
and we are experiencing growth in all areas of our club. From a steady increase in members
and their guests to monthly growth in resort guest rounds as well. The improved conditions
have been receiving positive media coverage over the past few months and our team’s
dedication to deliver an exceptional golfing experience has been recognized by numerous
media outlets.
Laguna Golf Lăng Cô is honored to be selected as the host venue for the 12th
Faldo Series
Asia Grand Final for the second year. Working alongside our Designer & BrandAmbassador
Sir Nick Faldo we are committed to growing the game of golf throughout Vietnam and
Asia. Developing tomorrow champions is a great responsibility and our team is dedicated to
providing all our members and guests with an extraordinary golfing experience.
As we continue to uphold our commitment to all our members and guest to deliver Vietnams
top golf experience we have invested numerous resources to the condition and playability
of the golf course. We will continue to focus on elevating the quality of our playing surfaces
throughout 2018.
We are also enhancing several areas of the club house in 2018 and you will see the
relocation of the pro shop commencing in December. We will be relocating the Pro Shop to
the property sales show room and transforming the existing Pro Shop into a lounge for a
more comfortable setting to watch your fellow golfers finish their round in style.
It has been a fantastic season and I look forward to greater things to come in 2018

This is the first time Sir Nick Faldo, six-time Major
Champion and Laguna Golf Brand Ambassador,
brings his world-known series to Vietnam at Laguna
Golf Lang Co, one of his favorite designed course.
During the three-day tournament, vibrant juniors
participated in a series of ‘Swing for Fun’ sustainability
activity, two Faldo long and short game golf clinics and
a gala awards dinner while forging new friendships.
Laguna Golf Lăng Cô Club Championship 2017
was held successfully on June 3rd 2017 that gathered
more than 100 golfers from North, Central and South
of Viet Nam as well as several international members
and guests.
As the result, Mr. Ton Anh Dung was rewarded for
his great round to become the Laguna Golf Lăng
Cô Club Champion 2017. The tournament received
good feedback from guests and was considered as a
remarkable golf event in region.
Recently, from 8 to 10 September 2017, Laguna Golf
Lăng Cô associated with Cobra Puma Golf successfully
hosting the inaugural “Cobra Puma Pro Am 2017”.
Through the event, There was a meaningful activity
called “Winter Warmth” with the aim to raise money for
the local community.
This was a community activity organized by Laguna
Lăng Cô that receives so many kind supports from
all resort staffs and the participants of “Cobra Puma
Pro Am 2017”. After the tournament, we received
30 millions Vietnam Dong and this amount will be
delivered to the disadvantaged people in hope to bring
them a warm winter.

Laguna Lăng Cô Invitational 2017 is hosted by
Laguna Lăng Cô Integrated Resort on Saturday
November 18th 2017 with almost 100 participants
from across Viet Nam as well as several international
club members and guests.

PRO AM WEEKEND 2017
“Cobra Puma Pro Am 2017” is the first tournament
hosted by Cobra Puma Golf in Vietnam and our
Laguna Golf Lăng Cô team were proud to co-host this
special event.
The tournament was took place over 3 days including
1 practice round followed by a 2-day tournament
format along with many exciting activities such as a
BBQ dinner in Golf Café, cocktail party at the infamous
Banyan Tree Residence Hill Villa located within the
world-class integrated resort Laguna Lăng Cô.

CART PATHS UPDATE
All eighteen holes have new cart paths shaped into
them with gravel being added each day. We will
continue to install the concrete throughout 2018.
NEW TEES ON HOLES 1, 4, 9, 10, 11 AND 14
Working with Sir Nick Faldo during his last visit we
have been working on the addition of several new tees
that will be opened in 2018. Several of these tees are
designed to provide a different angle of attack to the
daily player while other tees are aimed at adding some
length for the Pro’s.
DRIVING RANGE UPGRADE
With the addition of the new Bar, practice bunker and
Private grass tee we are excited to provide a more
relaxing practice atmosphere to our members and
guests.
We have continued to work closely with Titleist. In
September we hosted the Central Vietnam Titleist
Launch of their new 718 and 818 irons and hybrids.
During the Laguna Lang Co Invitational we offered
custom club fitting to all members and guest.
Laguna Golf Lăng Cô has been awarded “GOLF
RESORT OF THE YEAR” at the prestigious 17th
annual InternationalAssociation of Golf Tour Operators
(IAGTO) Awards 2017 held in conjunction with the
International Golf Travel Market in Mallorca, Spain on
17 November 2016.
