A brief Introduction of La Fourier Consultants LLP
• The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) in India is a one year programme equipping
technically qualified youth with practical knowledge and skills required in their field of work.
• The Apprentices are imparted training by the Organizations at their place of work. Trained Managers
with well developed training modules ensure that Apprentices learn the job quickly and competently.
• During the period of apprenticeship, the apprentices are paid a stipend amount, 50% of which is
reimbursable to the employer Industry from Government of India.
• At the end of the training period the apprentices are issued a Certificate of Proficiency by Government
of India which can be registered at all employment exchanges across India as valid employment
experience.
• The apprentices are placed for training at Central, State and Private organizations which have
excellent training facilities. National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is one of the flagship
programmes of Government of India for Skilling Indian Youth.

The apprenticeship training is one of the sources to develop skilled manpower for industry, by using
training facilities available in the establishments without putting extra burden on exchequer to setup
training infrastructure.

This scheme bridges the gap existing in the market place, between the employer’s
requirement in an employee and the talent pool of students available in the market.
• It allows the organisations to recruit raw, technically qualified candidates, train them for one
year with subsidy from Government of India and absorb them on regular roles if the need
arises.
• The apprentices are governed solely by the Apprentices Act 1961. The organisation engaging
apprentices should posses the requisite infrastructure and trained managers to impart
training to the apprentices.

NATS - Stipend Details
As per Government Policy the Apprentice Trainee will be paid as below
Terms & Conditions:
• 50% of the Total paid stipend will be refund as subsidy from Govt. of India.
• Government will pay/return 50% subsidy of the total paid stipend to the apprentice
as per his/her Bank Statement
Degree Holder [Graduate] Rs. 4986/- per month
Diploma Holder Rs. 3542 per month
NATS - Apprentice Trainee - Important Points
• The duration of Apprentice Trainee's Industry program is 1 Year for General Degree(Graduate) &
Diploma candidate and 06 Months for Sandwich* Degree candidate.
*(A sandwich course is one which takes one more year than the usual course. In Engineering, sandwich courses
often have 5 years of course of study.)
• If an new NATS Trainnee joins any organization & if he/she quit from the trainning after working
only for few months (not completing the 1Year duration), then he/she will be disqualified for the
lifetime for NATS programe.
• In case; any Apprentice work in two organizations under NATS program, and if his/her total
working duration crosses the prescribed program duration, than current organization can ask
him/her to repay all the stipend paid by the organization as well as current organization can also
terminate him/her with immediate effect.

• Company Profile
• Certificate of Incorporation, MOA & AOA of the Company
• PAN/TAN Proof
• Last Year Income Tax Return
• Board Resolution for the authorization
• Phone Number and Email ID of the Contacting Person
• Total Number of Trainees
• Structured Training Module (or any training Structure prepared by the Organization)
• Internal Complaint Committee in regards of Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place.

  • 3. • The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) in India is a one year programme equipping technically qualified youth with practical knowledge and skills required in their field of work. • The Apprentices are imparted training by the Organizations at their place of work. Trained Managers with well developed training modules ensure that Apprentices learn the job quickly and competently. • During the period of apprenticeship, the apprentices are paid a stipend amount, 50% of which is reimbursable to the employer Industry from Government of India. • At the end of the training period the apprentices are issued a Certificate of Proficiency by Government of India which can be registered at all employment exchanges across India as valid employment experience. • The apprentices are placed for training at Central, State and Private organizations which have excellent training facilities. This scheme bridges the gap existing in the market place, between the employer’s requirement in an employee and the talent pool of students available in the market. • It allows the organisations to recruit raw, technically qualified candidates, train them for one year with subsidy from Government of India and absorb them on regular roles if the need arises. • The apprentices are governed solely by the Apprentices Act 1961. The organisation engaging apprentices should posses the requisite infrastructure and trained managers to impart training to the apprentices. Industries - Why NATS?

NATS - Stipend Details As per Government Policy the Apprentice Trainee will be paid as below Terms & Conditions: • 50% of the Total paid stipend will be refund as subsidy from Govt. of India. • Government will pay/return 50% subsidy of the total paid stipend to the apprentice as per his/her Bank Statement Degree Holder [Graduate] Rs. 4986/- per month Diploma Holder Rs. 3542 per month

NATS - Apprentice Trainee - Important Points • The duration of Apprentice Trainee's Industry program is 1 Year for General Degree(Graduate) & Diploma candidate and 06 Months for Sandwich* Degree candidate. *(A sandwich course is one which takes one more year than the usual course. In Engineering, sandwich courses often have 5 years of course of study.) • If an new NATS Trainnee joins any organization & if he/she quit from the trainning after working only for few months (not completing the 1Year duration), then he/she will be disqualified for the lifetime for NATS programe. • In case; any Apprentice work in two organizations under NATS program, and if his/her total working duration crosses the prescribed program duration, than current organization can ask him/her to repay all the stipend paid by the organization as well as current organization can also terminate him/her with immediate effect.
