 INSART was founded by Prof. Soloshchuk Michael
Soloshchuk in 1993 at the NTU «KPI». At the present time
it is an innovative company that successfully combines the
academic and business activities in various areas of IT

offshore programming for more than 5 years, providing
services to customers from the United States, Israel, Russia,
Germany, Great Britain, Japan, Ukraine and other countries.
