IN HEALTHECARE AND MEDICINES: Project manager
Managed the eHealth Program: "Development of electronic records and certified
public sector portal” titled EU project (value: EUR 7 million, 6 partners, 110
members). Developed project plans, Business processes and record and report
systems of the health sector, IT architecture, budgeting and managed the project
staffing and recruitment, EU administration, public procurement procedures and
contracts’ management.
Managed the detailed design of the sector unique IT environment (Service
Space) for the eHealth programs’ 17 projects and developed the SOA SW
architecture on IBM, Oracle, and ”Open source”: RedHat platforms.. .
