2. BACKGROUND
Oxford Sustainable Data Enterprise is an independent
international Data and Research Organization
registered in the UK (UKEIG N.176) since May 2001 at
the UK company house as both a Sustainable
Enterprise (SDE) and as a European Economic Interest
Grouping (EEIG).
OxSDE compromises of three member partners:
• The Economic Geography Research Group of Oxford
University (UK)
• Carl Bro SA (Belgium)
• Dr. Stefano Bonfa (IBM Global Partner)

3. BACKGROUND
OxSDE has evolved into a European Research Technology
Organization registered as Oxford Sustainable Development
Enterprise European Economic Interest Group.
OxSDE is now independent and supporting the European Public
Sector at a local , regional and national level by implementing
space data recovery science.
Additionally, the group supports the private industry (Large
Enterprise, ME, RTO spinoff) and Civil Society in design by
implementing innovative data strategy solutions using Data-Cube
IoT and Artificial Intelligence.
The Oxfordshire Economic Model supported by Strategical
Advanced Modelling Online (Cambridge University) for
implementing the EU Smart Startup Specialization Strategy (S3)
was adapted by OxSDE as an innovation data science driven
approach linked to the discovery of local innovative driven ideas
and leading for a strategical economy growth and job creation.

4. BACKGROUND
Today OxSDE is focusing in building the Digital Twin
Metaverse consortium for regional innovation
ecosystems.
In this context, the unified artificial intelligence
STRATEGICAL ADVANCED MODELLING ONLINE (SAMO)
platform based on the European Regional Smart
Specialization Strategy (S3) directive framework
aiming at discovering:
• Territorial innovative ecosystem
• Incubator and start-ups
• Identify economic growth by building and
implementing territorial internet of digital twins
• Building Partnership Innovation Region (PIR)

5. BACKGROUND
OxSDE is at the moment pioneering in:
• Establishing Community Data Centric Economy
Innovation Hub
• Regional Digital Twin Metaverse based on OPEN
DATACUBE IoT WEB3 supported by AI
• Acquiring and Implementing European Research
Projects and International Technical Assistance
projects.
• Developing (in collaboration with Oxford University
Innovation, UK) interdisciplinary skills in design
innovation in sustainable regional development.
