• Merchant / vendor will be paid 85% via BACS (2-3 days) any monies minus commission to
KOD (25%, Usually 30%) this will be around the 17th day once the offer closes.
• KOD will keep deal URL live for 3 months for customers to redeem vouchers.
• Remaining 15% will be paid to Merchant / Vendor on day 30 minus
any refunds.
