23. Please never contact the Suppliers directly. Representatives
are to deal with their AAC Team Leader only. All
correspondence with the Suppliers must go thru AAC
corporate.
Why? Suppliers do not know individual Representatives and
are not allowed to provide you with any information.
Also: Representatives are not able to call the Suppliers on
behalf of their customers, as regulations do not allow them to
answer questions concerning a customers account.
Retail Energy Suppliers
24. • A Close Date should be set within 2-3 business days on accounts
under 500,000 annual kWh and 5-7 business days on accounts over
500,000 annual kWh
• A Close Meeting Time should be set between 12:00-3:00 pm est.
• If the Close Meeting Date has been re-scheduled please advise your
Team Leader

25. • Upon Credit Approval, AAC’s pricing desk will provide the 5LINX sales rep
along with your Team Leader a Crunch and Agreement on the morning of
the close date before noon
• You are required to contact your Team Leader once your email has been
received
• The body of the email will include specific instructions from the AAC
Pricing Desk on how to complete the required paperwork and the
deadline for submitting the signed agreement back to AAC
• Its important to understand AAC utilizes thirty-three different Suppliers
throughout all the deregulated States to offer the most competitive rates
and each Supplier has specific instructions and deadlines that are required
to close a deal, always note the instructions in the body of each email that
accompanies each agreement for close

26. • The 5LINX Energy Representative must have on
hand:
• Copy of the AAC Pricing Desk email that contains the
instructions
• The Crunch, the Agreement along with the Energy Bills
• Always have your AAC Team Leaders, Phone Number and
Email Address

27. Faxed the signed agreement, from the customers location to 800-948-7517
Call your AAC Team Leader immediately upon faxing the agreement to verify that it was
received, it’s legible, most of all it’s complete (all pages), and correct
All Rates, Agreements and Terms are Time Sensitive and subject to the Providers
approval
If any problems arise you will be notified immediately by your AAC Team Leader
Advise the Customer that they will receive a Welcome Packet from the provider upon
successful enrollments of their account(s). This will take approximately 30-40 days
depending on the customers meter read date
