USC students ride bikes nearly every dayServes as the primary means of transportation to classesVery bike-friendly campus
Due to the use of bikes nearly every day by students problems can ariseFlat tires are usually the most common problem Other problems include: busted chain, faulty brakes, and poor alignment of handlebars
How we would fix the problem: have on-call mechanicsStudents simply call the mechanic, tell them the problem, and where they are locatedMechanic would come to location with specific tools and parts on him needed for job, fix it right then and thereStudents could opt for a package deal (like warranty, e.g. pay flat rate for 6 months and within that time span any bike problem will be fixed) or can pay on case by case basis
USC students obviously are primary target customerAs mentioned before, many students depend on their bike to not only go to and from their classes but also the library, friend’s apartments, and food as wellStudents are very busy, do not have time to go out buy the part, come back fix itMore often than not, students will simply not know how to fix the bike
