For more than a year, I had the pleasure, as IT/E-business Project Leader of the LINKS
project, to work with Jeevarathinam Sivakumar (Siva).
Siva served as the on-site Team Lead of a large offshore team. From the very beginning
of his tenure in this position, his superb analytical skills made him a key contributor to
the LINKS project. Working under intense time constraints, he was able to coordinate the
translation of complex business requirements and technical specifications into the
commercial project management application LINKS is today.
Siva’s excellent communications skills enabled him to successfully work with various
cross-functional teams and business members. He demonstrated professionalism and
integrity in the way he handled himself in meetings and everyday activities.
Siva is an extremely hard working and dedicated employee. He consistently worked hard
to ensure the success of the LINKS project. He is a true team player; open to suggestions
and able to articulate his viewpoint based on his experience and knowledge. His hard
work and dedication not only made my job easier, but also was a major contributor to the
success currently enjoyed by the LINKS project.
In my opinion, Siva is a true asset both personally and professionally.
