The FamilyTree organization aims to connect lower-income families to available services and benefits. Its mission is to provide knowledge and assistance to families in a trusting, understanding and empathetic manner. The organization will focus on lower-income areas and its main goals are to ensure families are aware of available help. Factors like education, income, health and community safety can affect clients. FamilyTree strives to be culturally aware and inclusive. The program will use contingency theories and divide work among departments led by managers. The estimated annual budget is $10,000. The program will evaluate success by tracking how many families receive help and documenting any changes to clients' quality of life through surveys.

Organization
■ Mission: Our mission at FamilyTree is
giving all families the knowledge in
services or benefits available that they
may benefit from with trust,
understanding, and empathy.
■ Populations Served: FamilyTree will
focus on families in lower income areas.

citizens may be aware of the help that is

■ FamilyTree strives to be aware of the culture and diversity within
our community. Provided trainings will cover topics on such.This
will allow our program to be inclusive.

then report to the top manager.

communication with the leads.

room for each department to
achieve their tasks or goals in
ways that work best for them
(and are in compliance with
policies).

The total estimated costs of
running this program for a
year would be $10,000. With this
funding we would be able to set up
things such as licensing, staffing
development, office supplies,
telecommunications, and so much
more!

were able to help. It is important to make sure that measures are understandable,
measures are valid, measures are reliable and consistent, and that measures are
efficient (Lewis., 2012).
■ Document changes in the quality-of-life conditions experienced by clients: Any
changes within the quality-of-life conditions experienced by clients will be
documented within their files.
