Our aim is on the building materials provided which the type that the

sold, expenses and profit month-by-month for one year. The profit
should be 30% of capitalmoneyof RM100,000 as ourfirst assumption
on business planning.
ii. 4-year profit (optional)
Ourplanning on sale forecast has in which forecast sale, cost of goods
sold, expenses and profit month-by-month for one year. The profit
should be 70% of capital money of RM 100,000 for the interim of 4-
year on conducting the business.

and bricks. It might be on caused fromexternalfactorthat delayed
due to rainfall at our country, otherwise it wouldn’t be the co-
factor of losing profit, so the profit not well as 30% that we
expected.

Conclusion
The profit had slightly differed from 30% from our expectation, but the
total profit from calculation is 29.91% which differed from rm 30,000
instead we got only rm 29,905.50.
It caused by external factor that from our mother nature that slowing
down our progress of business. Finance is difficult for most
entrepreneurs.
Use professionals such as accountants or consultants to help our
