If You Charge Correct VAT Rate 
Specific To Each Province 
Don’t charge a flatrate VAT just because it is easier 
on your accounting team. Canada customers know 
exactly how much tax they need to pay. 
Take tax shortcuts = lost customers
Pay Vendors On Time 
Your 3rd party vendors will save you many 
times from embarrassing stock outs and 
other issues and will do so willingly if they 
know you are a good paying customer
Communicate Shipping 
Problems to Executives 
Communicate delivery and shipping 
delays/problems to senior staff. 
Urgency and honesty saves jobs.
