enhance language and culture skills.
Work Experience:
Mercedes, BMW Jaguar Service-Salisbury, NC-office secretary-family owned business-I
operated the phone/invoices, light accounting and basic office duties for my mom and dad’s
repair and body shop. *Due to father’s current stroke, he is no longer working, and he depends
on my help part time at his home.
Rowan-Salisbury Schools-I worked as Sub teacher for about 6-7 months. I reported daily to
assigned jobs, I was requested several times to return to schools by school teachers also. My
duties were to follow all classroom rules, apply them to the daily routine and help students
complete assignments left by the teacher. I worked from pre-K grade levels up to high school.
Lynchburg City Schools-I have also worked as a sub, with similar job duties in Lynchburg
during the school years of 08 and 2011, I have worked in the YMCA after school programs as
well here in Lynchburg.
Academics Plus-After school Tutor designed for low income students; This was an incentive to
help lower income students receive extra help after school to achieve goals to pass end of grade
testing. I worked two days after school for 2.5 hours with 3-5 3rd grade students in the
curriculum areas of reading and math.
Ebay Powerseller: I currently am an eBay power seller, with excellent/above average ratings. I
can share a little with you if you would like to know how I started in eBay/ Part time Freelance
Writer: I work online for Yahoo! Voices contributor network; I have recently had an article I
wrote published in a Kaplan textbook for Students preparing for the SATs, published by Pearson
Education. In addition I am starting to write e books, my first for John Alanis.
