พบได้ใน Aortic stenosis
1. Ascending aorta ขยายตัวจากกระแสเลือดที่มีความแรง (Jet flow) เพราะพุ่งผ่าน
Aortic valve ที่ตีบแคบ เรียกว่า post stenosis dilatation
2. LV มีขนาดใหญ่ขึ้นเพราะต้องบีบตัวมากขึ้น เพื่อให้เลือดผ่าน Aortic valve ที่ตีบ
แคบ เห็นว่า Apex ชี้ลงล่าง

2. Aortic knob มีขนาดเล็ก เพราะรับเลือดน้อย

5. LV เล็กมน เพราะ เลือดค้างใน LA
6. LA ใหญ่ เห็นเป็น double contour

ขยายขนาดขึ้นในทุกทิศทางโดยไม่มีรอยนูนที่ส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่ง ทำให้ดูคล้ายถุง

พบได้ใน Tetralogy of fallot
1. MPA มีขนาดเล็กเนื่องจากมีการตีบแคบบริเวณ conus ขอบซ้ายบนเว้าเข้ากว่าปกติ
2. RV มีขนาดใหญ่
3. Apex ของ LV กระดกขึ้นตามการดันของ RV
