 Establishment of Nokia’s IT-program performance measuring and key program reporting to IT
management (IT Scorecard) to address improvement points in program operations. Vendor selection
and planning for IT-portfolio system investment.
 Global SAP Upgrade for all Nokia factories and finance & control. Included both system and
infrastructure upgrades. Also a complete cleanup of obsolete customizations and outdated data
structures.
o Substantial upgrade cost reduction compared to previous upgrade. Mitigation of factory
operation continuity risk. Success building through innovative sourcing model, internal
commitment establishment, high-performance program organization building and accurate
planning. Establishment of Program Office to operate critical dependencies to other business
programs and factory operations. Two hundred reports. SAP Operative Decision Group
member during the upgrade.
 Success building for several IT-programs. Special strengths in business need conversion, vendor
relationship and stakeholder influencing. Accurate technical and financial program planning:
o Nokia’s SharePoint cloud-sourcing to replace outdated Intranet and collaboration solutions.
