Objectives To develop self -knowledge, personal relationships with
others,
To learn the ways to overcome the unpleasant aspects of life
as well as meditative painting as a creative way to relax.
Particular attention was paid to
developing a greater self awareness; improving the
confidence to address and resolve issues from the past and
present a s well as on improving the skills helping to deal
with the emotions, express them and act in proper ways.
