This document contains a recipe card creator's analysis of feedback received on several recipe card designs. The creator received positive feedback noting the use of different color schemes for different audiences while maintaining a consistent layout, font, and image styles. One comment praised the easy-to-read font, which the creator agreed makes the cards relaxing to read. However, the creator disagreed with feedback claiming the font was difficult to read on the second half of one card, noting the large, simple bold font and lower opacity background image. The creator was pleased with experimenting with different design elements like varnished titles, faded images, and circular images highlighting the dishes.
8. Analysis of feedback.
Overall I am happy with my feedback because everything that was said about my cards I agree with.
After reading through my feedback I saw that people had said they liked my work and how different colour
schemes where used for different audiences but the layout, font and image styles where all still the same, I agreed
with this because I think they look interesting and don’t get boring to look at after 10 minutes.
Someone also wrote that my font for my cards was easy and clear to read which I think is really good because it
will mean the reader is at ease when they are reading my card and they wont have to concentrate too much which
will put them more at ease.
On the 2nd lot of feedback that I got someone said that the font was quite difficult to read on the second half of my
card which I don’t agree with, this is because the font is large and in a simple bold writing which had been done
purposely so that the reader was more at ease, the image behind the font had also been changed so that the
opacity was lower, this meant that the image was faded out.
When making my card I like how I’ve tried different things which make my card look interesting, for example, some
of the titles of dishes on the front of my card will be varnished, this means that it will be shiny and stand up a little
from the rest of the writing, I also like how I’ve used some faded out images on my work and also how I have used
a circle image of the dishes to that you can see the final dish easier.
