2. I woke up on a brilliant day and did my morning
prayers to Atum. Then I put on my cloth tunic eat a
breakfast of goat cheese and bread with figs. As I eat I
plan my mummification. I want to be mummified and
put deep in a tomb where no one can steal my body.
Then I look at my plans for sir Corey's house. He wants
a indoor pool and a garden with a fence around it.
Then I head out side I go and take a drink at the Nile
then I take a deep breath and I go to sir Corey's house.
3. On my walk to sir Corey's house I meet a crocodile
laying on the bridge. I pray to Atum so I won’t get
eaten alive by the crocodile. Then, since that crocodile
is in my way I have to walk to the other bridge
which is two extra miles away. On my way I think
about how great being an architect is I get paid good
amounts and I don’t have to do any work. All I have to
do is correct the slaves if they do it wrong .
When I finally arrive at my destination, it’s already
three o clock so I get right to work.
4. After working six hours for Corey, I get his pool done
and fill it with water from the Nile. The Nile is so
important for my work. I also get the frame of his
house done. Then he pays me 16 gold pieces. I say
thank you then I head home. Luckily the crocodile is
gone off the bridge so I cross the bridge . When I got
home I eat my dinner: cooked fish with milk and bread
with butter. As I eat I think about all the great
achievements the Egyptians have done like the
pyramids that I helped create and the Sphinx which I
helped with also.
5. After dinner I go to my brother’s house and play a game
of senet, then go home. I put on my best clothes then I
head to Rose’s house for a party that’s going to have
many nobles and maybe some architects and artists.
When the party is over its twelve o‘clock. I say good
bye then head home say my prayers to Atum, get in
my bed and drift of to sleep.
