Is 'I Quit Sugar' the route to weight loss?
This is simply the exclusion of sugar from one's diet, which Sarah Wilson believes is the best way to lose weight. However, restricting sugar completely is easier said than done and not sticking to this diet can lead to you falling into a huge binge. You may end up putting on extra weight!
Moderation of sugar may be the answer as opposed to scrapping it completely.

Sarah cut out all processed foods and most fruits and
anything that has sugar in it.
And she lost lots of weight and she feels much better.

diets may prevent or slow cancer growth.

9. We all know there is sugar in processed foods.
There is sugar in junk food. There is sugar in fruits and some
veggies, alcohol and so many other foods.
The list is really long.

Should we reduce sugar?

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for all.

The problem is most of us can’t stick to this type
of restrictive diet. And when dieters fall off any
restrictive diet, they usually fall into the biggest vat
of carbs they can.
Chocolate, cakes, sweets, whatever is at close reach.
13. And over the years they slowly but surely gain more and more weight.
... it goes on and on until the dieter feels guilty and awful and
swears they will go on the strictest diet around to lose the
regained weight (again).
And again.
And again.
And as with any binge ...
14. The studies show that dieters will regain their lost weight
within two to five years after losing it all.
15. A diet that you can sustain for life.
Include treats so you don’t feel deprived and fall into a binge.
