end for the season.

advice and triage
• Improve access to the most clinically
appropriate level of care
• Reduce unnecessary Emergency Department
utilization
• Enhance the patient’s continuous healthcare
relationship with his/her Medical Treatment
Facility (MTF) and Primary Care Manager (PCM)
• Maximize patient satisfaction

hours a day/7 days a week using standard triage
protocols
• Advice on most clinically appropriate level of
care
• Acute appointments in Composite Health Care
System (CHCS) if indicated
• Feedback to patient’s Primary Care Manager via
