Karl explains that the name Aquarius was derived from it being the zodiac sign he was born under and the fact that Aquarius is the water bearer from which ideas and life flow. Karl explains that his company is growing and getting noticed. His most recent project involved writing zoning code language for a nearby community to protect a key transportation corridor from obtrusive and unattractive architecture.

A Passion Put to Work.
There is no doubt Karl Fritschen loves what he does. As a
licensed landscape architect and certified planner he is
absolutely thrilled to be able to work in a career loves, has
purpose and gives life meaning. Karl Fritschen’s father was
a civil engineer and the inspiration for Fritschen to become
the urban planner and landscape designer that he is today.
