Accomplishments
Water Ski Team as president:
• Grew the team from 3 members to 20.
o I did this by heavily recruiting during the summer time and early fall, making everyone feel like a valued
part of the organization. We planned fun events (like floating the river) to help build camaraderie to
encourage new members to stay apart of the team.
• Helped initiate and organize the South Central Region 1st
annual Winter Conference.
o This had attendance from 5 of the 7 participating universities. The goal (which was accomplished) was to
collaborate ideas to better communicate between teams and sharing ideas on growing the sport.
o The conference is also a time that members from all teams come together and form better relationships
with members of all the other teams.
