1. 1 Interview with an employee
I have interviewed Stefan who works at Bogaert- De Smet. He is in
his mid-forties and he is an administration employee
J: Stefan, how long have you been working here?
S: I have been working here for 20 years.
J: Do you like working here?
S: Of course I like working here.
J: Why do you like it so much?
S: My job has a lot of variation. I can answer the phone, receive our
clients and suppliers and I do a lot of accounting.
J: Did you first have another job before you started at Bogaert- De
Smet?
J: Did you have to do other tasks at the beginning than your tasks now?
S: I started at the office immediately at the beginning.
