I have experience in EDI working on Sterling Integrator as a L1 Support Specialist. As part of the L1 team, my role was
to proactively monitor EDI file processing and perform troubleshooting on processes to resolve all transaction file issues
and perform tests on the same and provide support to multiple Managed SaaS client issues.
