21. 7. Judicial Support. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)
Radio frequency identification or RFID is based on the use of ID chips that allow
communication without contact with the reader.
RFID technology applied to document management allows for location
and management of files in real time.
More than 2.5 km of court records are identified electronically in the central
archives of the courts of Barcelona and Hospitalet in the City of Justice.
