- Josh Edward S. Cobangbang, is a Filipino politician
who was the youngest mayor elected in the history of
Philippines at the age of 21 of the Municipality of
Cabugao, Province of Ilocos Sur.
POSITIVE SIDE OF THE STORY: Remarkable
developments in his leadership like providing better
health care facilities, improving towns infrastructure,
and concreting farm-to-market roads.
NEGATIVE SIDE OF THE STORY: The Court Issued
an arrest warrant for him, for Serious illegal detention
and grave coercion.
