HBeAg – High Infectivity
Anti-HBeAg – Low Infectivity and Recovery
Anti-HBcAg – Acute(Recent) or Chronic, Previous Exposure
12. HBV Inactivation
Autoclaving for 15 min. at 1210C
Dry Heat for 1 hour at 1500C
Aqueous Formaldehyde for 12 hours at 16%
Sodium Hypochlorite for 30 min. at 1%
