The Cold Chain is a company that stored or warehoused chilled and frozen products
(perishables) for various retailers like Shoprite, Spar, Pick n Pay etc.
Responsibilities :
Make sure temperature is always controlled, consistent temperature on receiving,
warehousing and dispatching.
Stock rotation on carousel (expiry dates etc)
Scheduling of staff order pickers, loaders, drivers, assistants and dispatch managers.
Manage scheduling of deliveries to various retail stores.
Manage scheduling of supplier deliveries to be received at warehouse.
Managed any conflict situation that might occur in warehouse.
Managed and controlled any stock that might have been returned to warehouse for
whatever reason.

the cold chain on these products were never broken, was essential.
